Verify Your Graduation Status

  • December 2024 graduates: Your degree must be posted (complete and listed on your transcript) to participate in commencement.
  • May and August 2025 graduates: You will receive an email from the Registrar at the beginning of your final semester confirming that you are on track to graduate in May or August.
    • If you have not received this email by February 15, review your anticipated completion date in Self Service. If the date is incorrect, email registrar@alverno.edu to review the date for correction.

Wrap Up Financial Aid and Billing

You will need to pay all of your financial obligations to Alverno before the college will issue a diploma. This means you cannot have any holds on your account. You can check your balance in IOL. For assistance, please contact our Student Accounts office.

If you have student loans, you need to complete an online exit interview. If you have any questions, please contact our Financial Aid office.
