Beginning 03/21/2023 the Registrar’s Office will be using a new service for requesting transcripts. Everyone must request their transcript through Parchment. This new service allows us to send transcripts electronically. Here is the link to Alverno's Parchment Storefront - Alverno College Transcript Request. We will no longer be accepting paper transcript requests in person, through email, fax, the regular postal service mail or Laserfiche. All transcripts must be requested through Parchment.
Transcripts are processed within 7-10 business days.
Transcripts are available to be sent electronically, by mail, or for pick-up in office.
We only issue official copies of transcripts. If you are a current student, you can use your course history or academic evaluation on IOL.
