Financial Aid

We work to ensure that you receive credit for as much of your prior coursework as possible. Our Registrar will consider courses from an accredited institution with a minimum grade of C. We also will work with you to transfer any courses that you took pass/fail. Click here to upload your unofficial transcripts, and we’ll give you an unofficial estimate of how your credits will transfer to Alverno.

For students currently in their final semester, we will need official transcripts once your official grades have been posted. For students who aren't currently enrolled at a college, official transcripts should be requested from all previously attended institutuions and submitted during the admissions process.

Each student's path is different, and we will review your past coursework to give you an estimate of what your time to completion would look like. 

Yes! The majority of our transfer students are awarded scholarships based on their academic history. Merit-based scholarships are awarded to students who have at least a cumulative 2.3 GPA and have earned at least 12 college credits.

Most undergraduate courses are offered Monday-Friday during the day. But your schedule could allow you to work on campus or off campus during the weekends and in the evening.
