There is a dire need for nurses both in the state of Arizona and in the nation. Alverno College has expanded access into the Direct Entry Master of Science in Nursing (DEMSN) program by building a nursing education center in Mesa, Arizona.

Become a Nurse in Mesa with the Direct Entry MSN

Alverno offers career changers the opportunity to enter the nursing field at an accelerated pace with the Direct Entry MSN program. The DEMSN program is built for those who already have a bachelor’s degree in a non-nursing field and is the only program in the region to award graduates both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Nursing. The 18- to 20-month, full-time program is designed to prepare students to sit for the NCLEX licensing exam.

Our Mesa Campus

Alverno College offers prelicensure nursing programs both in Milwaukee, WI and in Mesa, Arizona. Alverno’s nursing education facility in Mesa, Arizona is a 13,000-square foot facility which includes classroom spaces and a technologically advanced Center for Clinical Education (CCE). Direct Entry MSN students develop assessment and clinical decision-making skills in our high-fidelity medical/surgical, critical care, and labor and delivery simulation suites.
