Character Conference Presenter Bio

For 16 years, Mark Chapin has served as the principal at Meyer Middle School in River Falls, WI. Meyer Middle School has been recognized as a National School of Character in 2016 and in 2024. He earned his Doctorate Degree from Bethel University in 2019. His dissertation focused on the topics of organizational change, character education and leadership. Mark also serves on the Wisconsin Character Education Partnership Advisory Committee and is a character coach through Alverno’s LACCS program.
