New Student Orientations
Alverno students receive a network account that provides them access to the following tech resources:
- Alverno's campus network computers, software and printing services
- Office 365 (Microsoft hosted student email/calendaring/contacts and OneDrive cloud storage)
- Google Drive (Google hosted cloud storage)
- Interactive Online (the web interface to Alverno's student information system)
- Student Self-Service (student planning for registration, class schedules, etc.)
- Moodle (Alverno's learning management system)
- LiveText (Alverno's e-portfolio system)
During New Student Orientation and Registration, students receive hands-on assistance with changing passwords, accessing and using their Office 365 account, LiveText, Moodle and IOL, which they use to register for their classes.
