Randa Suleiman is an associate professor of Education at Alverno College where she started teaching in 2016. She designs, implements and teaches courses in both the undergraduate and graduate programs, and has more than 20 years of K-12 experience.
Prior to coming to Alverno, Suleiman taught at Cardinal Stritch University in their Master of Arts in Teaching program. She has also taught in several schools in southeastern Wisconsin and served on the Abu Dhabi Education Council. Her recent research is centered on the impact that female teachers, who graduated from a women’s college, have on the development of their female students as a whole child.
Suleiman earned her Bachelor of Dental Oral Surgery from the University of Jordan in Amman. She earned a Master of Arts in Urban Education from Alverno College, and a PhD in Leadership for the Advancement of Learning and Service in Higher Education from Cardinal Stritch University.
